New additions to the agroliner platform trailer program
Since its market launch in 2018, the agroliner PWO platform trailer has established itself as a reliable partner in agriculture. Kröger is presenting the latest version of the model at this year's Agritechnica. Kröger has made a number of adjustments that significantly increase safety, stability and durability:
Uniform base: The front and rear walls have been adapted so that both the pipe securing system and the gate securing system are based on a uniform basic structure. The identical connection points on the vehicle frame simplify spare parts supply and maintenance.
The kinematics of the hydraulic system have been revised. The design has been optimised in terms of efficiency and durability by rearranging the hydraulic cylinders and changing from stud bolts to plug-in bolts. In addition, Kröger has responded to numerous customer requests and expanded its range of optional extras.
Flexible box securing
Special attention has been paid to the new box securing system, which can now be used flexibly for different sizes. Both 2,000 and 2,400 millimetre boxes can be secured without any problems. The forced steering axle also remains operational in all positions.
For direct use in the field on the harvester, Kröger developed a folding front and rear wall with quick-release fasteners that can be folded down to crate height in a user-friendly manner. This makes reloading considerably easier. An extendable ladder secured with pin bolts at the rear of the vehicle also ensures comfortable and safe access to the loading area.
Collection tray for spray chemicals
An innovative solution was developed in collaboration with a customer from the flower bulb cultivation industry. In this special solution, the platform of the trailer is designed in such a way that it also forms a collection tray for excess spray. To ensure that the spray can be safely drained and collected, the chassis is designed with a rear slope, allowing the liquid to be completely drained into a collection tank via a drain.
