The basic version of the TAD22 offers a solid foundation for many purposes with an attractive price/performance ratio. Included in the basic version are:

Axles GIGANT tapered roller bearing axles 2 x 10.0 tonnes axle load at 60 km/h (technically approved up to 105 km/h) with compact bearing, without ABS & automatic slack adjuster, 2040 mm track width, wheel brake 420 x 180 mm
Springs 20 tonnes GIGANT air suspension without lifting/lowering function
Draw gear rigid towing device with Scharmüller parallel shank drawbar head type K80, 4 tonnes drawbar load up to 40 km/h (2 tonnes above 40 km/h), double acting hydraulic jack with locking block
Chassis frame double T welded construction, when using weight-optimised high-strength fine-grained steels

F 018D Swivel arms for hydraulic lines mounted in front of the coupling plate to accommodate the trailer's hydraulic lines later on (if not using F 010D)
F 181D Plastic mudguard in semi-circular design instead of 2 x quarter circles, designed for high-pressure tyres (can generally only be used on tank trailers, observe the pivoting height!)
