New additions to the agroliner push-off trailer range

Moving large volumes safely and quickly – combined with short loading and unloading times. This is the goal KRÖGER pursues with its agroliner push-off trailers. In recent years, the manufacturer's product range for push-off technology has grown steadily and now includes various tandem, tridem and semi-trailer variants. The manufacturer is continuously expanding the range of useful options to tailor the vehicle to the individual needs of the user. The agroliner push-off trailers are now optionally available with ISOBUS control.

ISOBUS control for automated processes

The ‘TAW Control’ system, which was introduced back in 2015, has been expanded to include ISOBUS control. Kröger aims to use ISOBUS control to offer greater safety and control during operation, which is particularly advantageous when there are frequent driver changes.

The system is operated via the existing terminal in an ISOBUS-compatible tractor. Alternatively, an additional ISOBUS terminal can be supplied or terminals from other implements can be used for operation.

A notable feature of the new control system is that it has five hydraulic connections, a light connector and the ISOBUS connection. The load-sensing connections are unmistakable and prevent incorrect connection. A double-acting connection for the support foot ensures that the vehicle can also be manoeuvred by non-ISOBUS-compatible vehicles.

Back to safety and control in operation: the system has a fully automatic pre-pressing function with 120 bar. With just one click, the push blade moves forwards and backwards automatically to compact the load and thus transport more cargo. An auto-lift axle function is designed to reduce tyre wear.

Another special feature of the system is the automatic unloading function. The cover system, tailgate and sliding shield are moved in sequence automatically, completely emptying the cargo area. There is no need to activate the tailgate closure and sliding shield retraction functions separately. According to Kröger, the entire unloading process is fully automatic, eliminating the possibility of operating errors. In order to ensure maximum safety during the automated processes, Kröger installed a safety switch to prevent collisions between the cover system and tailgate, as well as between the sliding shield and tailgate.

Electrical functions, such as individual work lights, can also be operated via the touch display.

The ‘AUX’ function allows individual functions to be assigned to the tractor's driver's lever. These can then be conveniently operated via a preferred button on the driver's lever in addition to the terminal.

To make the handling as self-explanatory as possible, the manufacturer uses easy-to-understand pictograms throughout the entire operating system.
